Cancellation Policy:
In order to prevent fraudulent cancellations, all cancellations of advertising and any other services with us must be submitted prior to the next recurring charge for your existing account with us by logging into your billing account online on the home page of www.limohost.com and deleting your payment info. If you forget your login access to your online account, you can always click on "Forgot Password" link and your access info will be sent to the email address you supplied to us on the signed contract at the time of registration. If you no longer have access to your email used for this account, please call us to update your contact info at 877 562 4450. If your cancellation was received after the charge took place there will be no refunds and the ad campaign rolls into the next month. We do not accept backdated cancellations with request for a refund. There will be no refunds for partial or unused days of service after the cancellation date. All ad sales are final. We may issue a credit for your account at our discretion towards future services. Canceling your credit card does not constitute cancellation of your account with us. Past due accounts must be brought current in order to cancel future billing. By signing up for our advertising services, you agree that you have read, understood and and agreed with our terms of use and cancellation policy. It is customer's responsibility to confirm that a cancellation request is received. Email cancellations are not accepted. In the event you need to request a cancellation by email, it is your responsibility to obtain access to your billing account over the phone number provider above to login and manually delete your payment info. In order to prevent fraudulent cancellations, all callers will be asked to verify account information on file. Additional info by fax will be requested at the time of such a call which will require a signed and dated request to cancel. Accounts past due for more than a month may be suspended until all the past dues are paid in full. We do not offer any satisfaction guarantee. Like any advertising you may engage in, you take the risk and responsibility of making sure your business has the ingredients for success. Success of your advertisement with us is dependent on your ability to handle the phone calls, quality of your website and quality of your services. Being rude to any of our visitors on the phone or during the service is ground for removal of your ad from our sites without prior notice. All fees due for the current month of your ad will be due and non-refundable. If you signed up for your monthly service subscription through PayPal.com it is your reasonability to obtain your account login info from PayPal where you have total control over your subscription to us and can cancel it at anytime. By signing up for our advertising service and submitting your payment information to us, you agree that you have read our terms of use and cancellation policy and agree with it.
You also agree that email or phone cancellation requests will not be accepted and can only be used to obtain additional information on our cancellation policy and procedures and will be confirmed by a phone call and/or a fax from us.

Billing: $15.00 will be added to all past due bills for each past due month for that month's declined credit card transaction fees to recover merchant fees and additional processing time and expenses to do so, unless we make an exception at our own discretion.
Please understand that every time your card declines, we have to pay and spend time processing your invoices, mange  and update your account and your payment info. Please try to keep your account current.
